Jim - Thanks. I like to work on a lot of different search terms. Massachusetts Real Estate is not bad but I try to get more hyper local as I don't cover the entire state :)

Hey Bill good job on the seo for your site, you're #5 on Google for "massachusetts real estate". I'd start linking with that phrase if I were in your shoes. Thanks for stopping!

It amazes me how few Realtors actually work on SEO. Having a blog that has excellent content is a sure fire way to get noticed by the search engines. My Real Estate blog and website are both high in the serps for both the short and long tail. It certainly makes a big difference with the contact I make online.

That's right bp, and there are some pretty easy ways to rank for terms that would get the job done.

What a great idea for realtors to take hold of! I am always seeing a realtor's sign and then when you try and look up the listing on their website, it is the most frustrating ordeal!! I would just appreciate being able to go right to their site and find what I am looking for, but that is not the case in most instances. Realtors pay attention!!
